Reflection:

What I think that they are trying to say is that if you want to do something great and good then you have to focus on it and concentrate on things and you will do great. Like say if you are taking a test and you have to finish by today and so you want to make it sound great and inspiring so you have to concentrate on finishing and putting in good words not just getting distracted by every little thing.
