Reflection:

What I think that this person is trying to say is that someone can do stuff on their own but they can only do a little but they think that they can do better alone but when someone has help their they can do a lot together because of the teamwork they are doing it with more help so the do much more than a person doing it alone. That’s why it’s not bad to ask for help it’s nothing to be embarrassed about it doesn’t make you weak either. Ask for help if you need it.
